ELEROLL roller elements allow to create easily and quickly sliding and containing roller tracks for idle handling, suitable for several applications in different fields, such as feeding and discharging benches in construction machinery, storage and picking systems, packaging machinery, plates and panels handling.

The range offers roller elements made of different materials and dimensions. Black polyamide based Technopolymer(RLT-U-PA), which guarantees high load capacity, grey anti-scratch and anti-trace thermoplastic Polyurethane (RLT-U-TPU), particularly suitable for handling delicate materials such as glass.

Elesa+Ganter has recently introduced ELEROLL roller elements (RLT-U15) with reduced roller diameter ø 14,5 mm in addition to the already existing series (ø 25 mm).The smaller diameter of the rollers allows packages with reduced weight and size to slide smoothly and consequently to generate less vibrations and lower noise improving the safety conditions for the operators.Ball elements for omnidirectional handling (RLS-U), made of white acetal resin based technopolymer complete the line. This solution is suitable when objects need to be rotated by letting the operator standing on the same side or when they need to be moved omnidirectionally.

One of the main advantage of ELEROLL system is modularity. In fact, roller tracks can be easily assembled by fixing the roller or ball elements inside the aluminium profiles (RTL-AL). The particular section of the profile allows the snap-in assembly of the elements without the need for screws or other fasteners. This feature also makes it possible to substitute even a single roller element in an easy and quick way without disassembling the entire roller track.

In addition to roller elements, ELEROLL range includes technopolymer accessories, such as: headers, containment edge, brakes, brackets and supports to customised the roller track whatever the application.

Elesa+Ganter offers a wide range of tubular handles that, by virtue of the wide variety of production materials, polymer, aluminium, steel or stainless steel, design and ergonomics makes it unique in size and able to meet the most varied market requirements. Some Elesa+Ganter tubular handles which generally are widely used for manoeuvering of large heavy doors in different industrial sectors thanks to the possibility of modularity are also suitable to be used for the realisation of handrails.

Elesa+Ganter thanks to the know-how and the continuous R&D activities can also provide customised technical solutions to meet specific customer needs. For example, M.1043-HEI tubular handle equipped with handle shanks in technopolymer and tube in glass-fibre reinforced polyester it has been designed to provide a high electrical insulation. The different standard solutions available in the catalogue can also be supplied in different colours or personalised with wording or pad-printed or laser engraved logo.

Elesa+Ganter tubular handles are available with technopolymer or metal shanks matched with tubes (diameter from 20 mm to 35 mm) in anodised aluminium, epoxy coating or stainless steel. Some executions have a special anti-rotation tube assembly system studied to prevent rotation during manoeuvering operations ensuring a safe and comfortable grip. Versions without side supports are set up by bars or aluminium tubes according to the diameter (20 mm or 28 mm), and are also available in double curve.

Completing the range tubular handles with oval section which thanks to the tube assembly to the side handle shanks by means of screws offer a high stability during manoeuvring operations. Modern and ergonomic design without any protrusions or recesses for a firm and secure grip are the main features of Elesa+Ganter tubular handles.

Stainless steel is not only the material of choice in corrosive atmospheres – designers increasingly use the material for its high value character.

Clamping levers with eccentrical cam are popular operating elements for rapid and torque-free clamping and releasing not only in jig and fixture constructions. The lever elements are also suitable for many other applications and not surprisingly are among Elesa+Ganter’s bestsellers.

The basic model of the GN 927 series uses zinc die casting as lever material, the ergonomic and straight handle is coated with black epoxy resin. The GN 927.3 design alternative features a zinc-plated steel lever. The axial, tensile and adjusting screw in the GN 927.4 clamping lever with eccentrical cam is made of non-rusting stainless steel, which makes it a virtual must in corrosive conditions.

As a logical continuation of its material strategy, Elesa+Ganter has now an all-stainless steel variant in its range with the GN 927.7. The RoHS conforming standard element is now even better suited when aggressive media prevail in the ambient surroundings. The clamping element is also a great deal more pleasant to touch and more attractive to look at because the lever shows itself here with its natural metallic surface. The black contact plates in the
GN 927.5 model are made of glass-fibre reinforced polyacetal or polyamide and create a natural contrast to the metal.

Using the adjustable contact plate via a precision thread, the space between eccentric lever and clamping surface as well as the clamping force or the position of the lever can be adjusted perfectly. Thanks to their favourable and ergonomic design, they allow clamping forces up to 8 kN.

Like the other clamping levers with eccentrical cam, the new GN 927.5 and GN 927.7 series are also available with internal or external thread of sizes M5 to M10. And: the series GN 927 boasts the label of the “iF product design award” for best ergonomics, function and design language. An added value which pays dividends because a well designed product is easier to operate and lends the whole application a much more pleasing appearance.

Strainer fittings protect key components in piping systems from damage. Elesa+Ganter has now incorporated these important standard elements into its range of long-life stainless steel versions.

Even the smallest foreign bodies in piping systems can cause serious malfunctions, because they damage or destroy components such as pumps, valves, sliders or other technically complex units. It goes without saying that such incidents result in high costs due to downtime, repairs or replacements.

Simple, but effective, and above all long-lasting assistance is provided by the GN 7405 strainer fittings from Elesa+Ganter. Standard elements are simply installed into the piping system as upstream or downstream protective devices, the integrated stainless steel filters with mesh sizes of 100 µm or 500 µm stop any foreign bodies from entering before these problems arise.

Both parts of the strainer fittings housing are held together by a union nut and then sealed with an O-ring made of high grade NBR. Currently Elesa+Ganter offers its protective filters in three sizes with ⅜ , ½ and ¾ inch thread connectors, each in two versions: one with two- sided female thread and one with a combination of female and male threads, which are especially suitable for retrofits.

The union nut principle makes installation easier and facilitates cleaning or replacement of the integrated filter for maintenance. The stainless steel filter insert for GN 7403.1 can be purchased separately either as a spare part or for fitting in installation spaces produced specifically according to diagrams.

The filter surround made of fiber-reinforced polyamide creates a tight transition to the O-ring and therefore to the installation location. As well as this, the filters are ideal for a wide range of media, including gas. Elesa+Ganter states flow rates for water and HPL 46 hydraulic oil.

GN 7405 strainer fittings can be fitted with special connector threads, for example, allowing them to be customized, just like the majority of standard elements from Elesa+Ganter.
