Ball and spring

– Version <strong>KN</strong>: hardened stainless steel ball, stainless steel spring with normal end-force.<BR>- Version <strong>KSN</strong> (with yellow painted body): hardened stainless steel ball, stainless steel spring with heavy end-force.

Features and applications

GN 615.3-NI threaded ball spring plungers represent a further development of plungers  type GN 615-NI, for special applications which require the fixation by means of a socket screw.<BR>AISI 303 stainless steel, thanks to its high resistance to corrosion, allows the application of these plungers on machines and equipment in those sectors where laws or particular hygienic, climatic and environmental factors make it mandatory to use corrosion resistant materials.

Special executions on request (For sufficient quantities)

– Version <STRONG>KN-PFB</STRONG>: thread locking by means of polyamide blue coating (M20 and M24))(see Technical Data).<BR>- Execution <STRONG>KN-MVK</STRONG>, <STRONG>KSN-MVK</STRONG>: thread locking by means of micro-encapsulated red patch (see Technical Data). Working temperature: from -40°C to +170°C. <BR>

Thread locking

– Version <STRONG>KN-PFB</STRONG>: thread locking by means of polyamide blue coating (M3 to M16)(see Technical Data).<BR>- Version <STRONG>KSN-PFB</STRONG>: thread locking by means of polyamide green coating (see Technical Data).<BR>Working temperature: from -50°C to +90°C.

Threaded body

AISI 303 stainless steel, hexagon socket head.
