Retractable
Handles Retractable handles
are suitable when the handle must be withdrawn during automatic
operations. The handle is pulled out of its taper seating in the
direction of the arrow and then tilted. A compression spring locks
the handle in both end positions. A positive lock is achieved in
the operating position by way of a taper seating.
Gear
Lever Handles Type A: Ball knob.
Type C: Taber knob. Type E: Handle. The choice of knobs can be made
dependant on their function and / or their modern design.
Cranked
Handles Cranked handles
are available with steel handpieces as standard. Plastic handpieces
are also available.
Specification: Spheroidal graphite cast-iron. Deburred and shot-blasted.
Hub machined.
Control
Knobs Control knobs
are used for setting operations with low torque. Coarse setting
is made by means of the cylindrical handle (fingertip grip) followed
by fine setting using the knurled rim of the knob. All control
knobs are produced with an ergonomically shaped rim.
Clamping Levers Clamping levers
can be supplied without bore and flats i.e. with a solid ball. Also
available: Clamping levers with male thread, Clamp nuts: matt shot-blasted.
Specification: Steel, turned and polished.
Control Levers Assembly
Examples: Control lever with spring-loaded ball, fitted to the shaft
with a dowel pin. Control lever with key and countersunk washer
for positive lateral location and with a radial slot and dowel pin
providing angle limitations.
Control Knobs -
Indexing Mechanisms Control
knobs available with extension for scale and with angled scale ring.
Indexing mechanisms replace and simplify complicated indexing and
safety mechanisms.
Indexing Plungers Indexing
plungers without thread are for application where welding or resin
bonding (Loctite) is favoured. Type G with threaded plunger end
are for applications where a special knob is required or for such
cases where the spindle is linked direct to an operating mechanism.
Available with thread, without head, with thread and rest position.
Eccentrical Cam Eccentrical
cams with a relatively long movement and high clamping force give
rapid and safe clamping and release. They can be used as stepless
adjustable end stops. If the washer is removed the eccentrical cam
can be clamped direct to its support.
Oil Level Sight Glasses Genuine
glass of high stability and scratch proof. The sealing is achieved
with an O-ring on the periphery and not on the face edge of the
glass. Leak tightness is therefore not affected by axial pressures.
Oil level sight glasses can be used on pressurised resp. under-pressurised
oil tanks.
